How do I return?

- Head to Your Account page, and click return on your order
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 Are there any charges for return?

-We do not provide prepaid return labels. You can choose the carrier most convenient for you and send the package to the address provided in our return form. 
- All exchanges are free. If what you received doesn't fit you, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- If you wish to return your item for a refund, you will be responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
NOTE: We cannot accept a return for an item that has already been exchanged. All product exchanges are final, even in cases of sizing issues.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days from the receiption of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- The return must be shipped within 14 days from the reception of your order

How soon will I get my refund?

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
